Like Nigel_99, I find my twin brothers Lebara phone always unavailable from my Smarty SIM (in my Blackview Pro tablet phone) but if I use WhatsApp I can immediately get through to him. I can get through to my own Lebara (spare, Moto G8) phone from my Smarty, and itt works fine to other people on cellular and home phone numbers. I can contact my brother's Lebara from my own Lebara too. The problem is specifically ongoing, from my Smarty to his Lebara.
Did your brother port his number over to Lebara? He could have what’s own in the industry as a split port!
