Hi I ported my sons number from giff gaff over to smarty he had a email saying it’s done if I sent a text to him on his old ported number he recieved it but if he replies it comes through on the number that come with new smarty sim have tried changing number on phone but it just saves the new number have turned it off but still the same

DarrolP_1113333 This is a frequent question.
If he does a network reset on his phone, that will hopefully sort it.
The phone is 'remembering' the original number allocated to the new Smarty sim.
