Ported in the iPhone but cant edit 'my number'
I just had my number port into the Smarty SIM and it all looks ok. If I call out it shows the correct number.
However, Facetime and imessage still show the original Smarty number that was replaced. If I go to settings/phone/my number and edit it to be my main number it doesn't save and remains with the old Smarty number.
I have disabled message and face time and rebooted and it still doesn't seem to change.
Is there something else I can try?

In the end i had to do a network reset which sorted it straight away.

Tried everything. Network reset hasn't worked🤔
LynneGr_2518963 Did you also try logging out of FaceTime and iMessage, waiting a while and then logging in again? Does the phone show your correct number anywhere? (Does your ported in number also show on your dashboard?)

There's an online SMARTY help and support article that recommends a NETWORK RESET as the cure for this issue.
The procedure for doing this is usually explained in the iOS user guide.
