Plan change not happened.
One for SMARTY.
Upgraded my voice plans to ones for more data allowance but the change appears to have not happend according to my dashboard.
Supposed to have changed to the new ones when my plans auto renewed.
Advisement on please?

Same too. Lot's of family members experiencing this after accepting a 'free' data upgrade. Disappointing. They need to go back and review everyone's account if they upgraded and it's not been processed. Spoke to CS and they failed to provide any reason why this is happening.

It happened to me too - upgraded to 32GB & email stated it would start next billing cycle, 1st April, however it didn’t. When I called they said it would begin May 1st. I complained heavily & was eventually offered a 17GB add-on for 1 month.

Exactly same they've done for me. Will see if it gets corrected when my plan next renew's.
