Phone stolen on Saturday, my replacement SIM hasn't been dispatched yet !!!

Hi there I'm just a bit panicked because I have not yet received an email to say that my replacement sim has been dispatched even though I ordered it on Sunday, and it's now the next day and I've heard nothing. This is very distressing as getting my phone number back is the only way I can log back into my icloud. Has anyone been in a similar situation ?
