Paid bill by debit card and can't use my phone to phone calls and sms so can you get this sorted

DarrenS_1257736 No, we cannot get it sorted - because we are customers like you with no access to accounts.
I suggest that you check your account dashboard first to ensure that there is a current Smarty plan. If not, and you have proof that payment was made, get in touch with Smarty Support via web chat.
