Pac code not being accepted

I'm trying to enter a pac code on the smarty app, but the message please check number and try again appears. I've been in contact with my existing provider, but they say it's not a problem with the pac code they issued. Unable to find a customer service number or webchat for smarty. Any help is much appreciated.
