Anthony_4361649 You have bought into a no frills network that offers service at a low price. In order to do that, they must keep cost down and one way is by not having the type of telephone customer service that you allude to.

Simply saying "nowt works" doesn't really tell us what you did try, so you did well to get a comprehensive reply from ZenovA .

Anthony_4361649 What is the issue exactly? It is not very clear what your issue is. Is it that you can't receive calls, or that you cannot make calls?

Try these common fixes if the issue happens to be on your end:

    • Restarting your phone, turning airplane mode on and off, and switching between 4G and 5G network modes
    • Make sure there is no call barring, forwarding or blocked numbers, and do not disturb or silent mode is disabled
    • Making sure VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling for the SIM are enabled
    • Reinserting the SIM and inserting the SIM into the second SIM slot if your phone is dual-SIM
    • Inserting the SIM into various other phones that are VoLTE capable
    • Updating the phone to the latest updates, as well as updating all applications
    • Resetting mobile network settings
    • Confirm you have network coverage and check the network status in your area
    • Testing services while outside a building, as well as in a different area, also confirming network coverage and no outages in that area

If you want to contact customer support, it's only via a Webchat through this link: Contact us | SMARTY. Scroll down till you find the 'Start a webchat' button, or click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. You will first be put with a bot, and you need to send your issue twice before it asks you for more account information and puts you with a human agent.
