Not receiving Verification Code from app
Hey!
I'm a new customer to smarty, and so far it's not been the best, I've recently installed Signal and tried to use the new phone number to set up an account with and I am not getting any of the verification codes coming through at all.
Do I have to wait a while for this to come through?
When I get my friend to text me things through the texts come straight through but not the Signal verification code
Is there anything I'm doing wrong please? I've recently just brought a sim and a new nice deal too

What phone are you using? If it’s an iPhone, is your iMessage etc showing the correct mobile number?
If Smarty have sent you a sim with a temporary number and you have ported your number over, you’ll find that iMessage etc will show Smarty temporary number and not your actual number which can cause issues.
