Not receiving calls
Hello I've just put my new sim card in today and ported my number over, some people have tried calling me but its going straight onto my voicemail and not ringing? What does this mean please

This is happening to me too. Network reset doesn't work.

You may need to perform a network reset as this has been known to be successfully in resolving this issue.
I would recommend doing a Google search for your specific device and finding out how to reset the network settings.
