Unable to login to Android app

Had the app installed on my Pixel 8 for a long time, and not changed username/password. Can login to dashboard on web browser, but no matter how many times I try to login with the app, it won't accept my (checked) details. App version 2.0.1, last update 11 Nov 2025.

Has anyone else found the same recently? Or is it just me?

    I have just started having a similar(?) problem. I use the SIM on a router for laptop internet access, have done for a few years now . Suddenly, it tells me that there is a reset error and that I have to sign in to the network, I can get to the dashboard, but I cannot get to any other pages. I am in France at the moment. I have 2gB left on my account for roaming, and I bought another 2gB yesterday to cover me if I run out. I can't get on to my Fire tablet either, but my husband has no issues with SMARTY on his laptop. The add-on has been charged for. I have done network troubleshooting which comes up with the same answer. Any ideas. I have started and restarted,. There is no local 5g problem. Nothing has changed except basically a loss of service for me, not my husband.

    I'm having the same issue: I can log in to the website without issue, but the app just tells me my details are wrong and won't let me in. 

    I've done all the things multiple times: restart phone, clear app cache, reinstall app, etc. Smarty CS don't want to know.

      Yes, I'm still in the same position. Others suggest uninstall/reinstall worked for them, but not for me (us). Mildly frustrating!

    I can login to my Smarty account fine on the web browser on my PC (which is what I have done here) but when I use the Smarty App on my mobile, it says I've put in the wrong password (I haven't). I updated the app on my phone in the hope that would help, it hasn't. I have error with email or password. I did do forgot your password, but it just takes me back to the login page, there is no reset password option sent. I've done this twice and the same thing has happened. Want to get advice from web chat. Think I am on the same app version as you. Yup V2.0.1. 

    I think it also prompted me when I logged in on web about my SIM (did I want to move my number to smarty) but all this was done when I first came to Smarty.....

      Yeah, sounds the same as me. I also had the move old number over message, but ignored it. Hope we get a resolution soon...

        Took both suggestions- uninstall reinstall now working.  Though still displaying options for s0im/move number... and thought not all menus showing.  But can now login@
