This is a customer forum where customers look to help each other. It is not a staff customer support channel and so nobody here can have a replacement sim sent out to you. If you want to contact Smarty support staff try  the Contact Us   page. If you scroll down to the bottom where it says 'Get More Help'  there is a "Start a web chat" button which will allow you to web chat directly with support staff from 8AM to 8PM
