Activation Incomplete Error 6601
Hi, I have previously used Smarty OK in a couple of Samsung phones (same card) but the latest one (S10+ unlocked) works but didn't completely register even after 2 factory resets. On startup after reset it showed "activation incomplete internal error(1)" and when registering the device on the network it gave "activation incomplete error 6601". This seems to be an OMADM issue - everything on the phone seems to work OK. Calls and Data. Any ideas?

I had a chat with customer service and basically they said its something that occasionally happens following a factory reset. It is OK to ignore it if everything else is working (which it seems to be).
