No service

I havnt had service for four days on data check network issues smarty saying a temporary issue we are working on it but its day four now Cf728fy

    AlunLit_3153488 Let me put you right on something important.

    This IS NOT Customer (or even custermer) Service! We are forum members - customers like you.

    If you post the same thing in more than one place, do you really think that anyone is going to answer more than once? Look back on your own other posts for replies.

    same here in SL63SD no data service for 6 days and no way to find out what is going on !!

      Stephen_3388961 The Network Status checker does show that there is a fault. 

      You could contact Smarty Support via web chat and they may be able to get an indication of when it will be fixed. The problem is that it all relies on Three network who own the masts.
