I have been in touch via message centre & all they tell me is there are no issues at my postcode!!!! My partner is having major issues with her phone (smarty sim) so it must be a Smarty issue somewhere but I am not getting any help
My sim is in a Huawei router at home which connects fine with good-excellent signal strength but no Internet connection at all!!!!!
