New phone smarty sim no service
Hello my son got me a new basic mobile as I wasn't getting on with the Samsung smart phone he got me. I've put my existing smarty sim card in and don't receive any sort of service please help

JillMcn_1321800 It does sound like the new phone is not compatible with the Smarty version of VoLTE. This has become important because 3G has been turned off now.

Does the new phone support 4G? It will need to for it to work with Smarty, as they have turned off most of their 3G coverage now, and unlike other UK networks, they have no 2G network.
