New customer
On my dashboard it said we are waiting for a number to be allocated. But I requested to use my existing number and provided a PAC, so what number are they waiting for to be allocated?

PJMurph_3550561 They allocate a random number when you activate a sim usually. In your case, when they transfer in your old number, it will over-ride that random number.
PJMurph_3550561 Forgot to say......it would allow you to use the sim immediately with the random number.
