Please tell me how to fix it, I have a Smarty SIM card installed on my Android smartphone, all settings are installed, 4G+ internet works, but I can't call, send, receive calls and SMS. My tariff includes unlimited calls and SMS, and 100Gb. The support webchat doesn't work, I didn't find a solution in the FAQ.

My smartphone has VoLTE enabled.
The smartphone has VoLTE capability. It does not send or receive calls or SMS, only 4G Internet works. How can I contact online support?AllaIhn_3228934 But it may not be compatible with Smarty VoLTE protocol.
