[Network Issue] Service Update - Resolved
Update 09:00
Following an issue with our voice and text services yesterday, service has now been restored for the majority of our customers.
If anyone is still having issues, they should restart their device which should reconnect them to our network.
We apologise sincerely for the issues yesterday.

My sim card have data and can received email. The only thing is CAN not make or receive the phone call.

All day long, I cannot receive calls or calls, and I was not told about the problem by SMS

This is what happens when Vodafone get involved. For Three (and subsequently Smarty) to be down for this long, with absolutely no update or indication of resolution is classic Vodafone territory. Utter shambles.

I'm really unimpressed with smarty this has been an entire day and I have missed five calls from my GPS surgery and therefore my appointment which will take another two weeks now to rebook thanks so much for **bleep** things up!

Yes me too. I got it working last week by rebooting router and phone and the 64.2 but has gone again now
