[Network Issue] Service Update - Resolved
Update 09:00
Following an issue with our voice and text services yesterday, service has now been restored for the majority of our customers.
If anyone is still having issues, they should restart their device which should reconnect them to our network.
We apologise sincerely for the issues yesterday.

Are your calls working this morning ?
Unable to make calls all day some were v important regarding hospital appointments
Voice and text working here in the Highlands again!
Like wise here in Margate, Kent I appear to have voice call back working although there has been no mention of it by Three or Smarty that I can see!

Data unaffected? Had no signal at all since this morning.

Still can’t make calls. It’s been all day long. Not impressed by the lack of updates. Can you please provide some realistic time before service will be up and running.
