Chat Support

Hi .. Does anyone ever get a reply from chat support… I have tried 4 times today and just keep getting the message “seen” but not answered…

    Thanks for the reply… Yes I’m signed in on the online web page and the app…

      Okay JohnLei_1970284, in that case your best options might be to:

      • Ask for the web chat team supervisor to takeover your chat.
      • Tell the agent you wish to make a complaint.

    I've been lucky enough to get replies when I recently used the web chat service.

    While I haven't used chat support recently, in the past it has worked very well for me.

    Yes  Saturday i spent 2 Hours on chat 40 to 30 to 20 minutes between replies
