[Network Issue] Service Update - Resolved
[UPDATE]
Following an issue affecting voice calls yesterday, services have almost returned to normal overnight. We continue to monitor and review all services throughout today to ensure full stability.

Both mine and my dogs phones are the same. Any idea what's going on. He's away abroad at the weekend so it's a worry.
This is ridiculous now,it's 8.30pm now and it's still down in Glasgow since about 2pm,
when wil this be resolved? I have been unable to speak to my GP today about an emergency
Smarty App also not working. Does anyone have any news?

Same in Glasgow, it's shocking that Smarty didn't provide any updates! No calls in or out! **bleep**?
Noted this afternoon problem with calls, now i cant ring out (I care for my elderly father ,so this is worrying) and no one can ring in, when will this be sorted please
Cannot make or receive voice calls. Earlier in chat smarty said to me they where aware with an issue concerning voice calls being made & received. I can't get any confirmation with chat about this?
Im South Wales Swansea and havent been able to make any calls also from my mobile. text works, internet works but no voice just to let u know
I have 4 phones with smarty in our family, 3 iPhone and 1 android. Non of us can make or receive calls. This is in the worksop area near Sheffield. Is anyone else having problems?

In Leamington Spa, same problem here. No out or incoming voice calls, can’t get to voicemail ☹️
