Network busy

Carn't make voice calls saying network busy really anoying anyone in west yorkshire having the same problem ?

    Yes. Having the exact same problem. Also in West Yorkshire.

    I've Googled it and one person suggested taking the SIM out and replacing. If that doesn't work, then do a factory reset.

      Minstrel michael_2550702  Have you both done a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast problem?

        MSF - the problem is not a mast problem. We have 2 Smarty phones in our household. One works fine, the other doesn't and keeps saying "network busy"
