National Emergency Alert

I'm just posting this so that the Community know the National emergency alert just arrived on our phones.

The only point is that last time it was tested, a lot of phones did not receive it.

If you did not just receive the alert (15:00), probably good to have a web chat with Smarty because one day this may be a life-saver.
