My sim in a dongle.

How do I change settings for this sim in order to use it in Spain for data only, as it is a data only smarty sim.?

Do I take it out of the dongle,  put it into a phone, change settings and then put it back into the dongle?

 It is working fine here in the UK.

My dongle which accepts any sim is the VodafoneMobileWiFi model R219z.
