My SIM card is not converting to the previous number.
I got two new numbers from this company. Unfortunately, my numbers have not changed since December 25th.

FazilaH_3104168 I am assuming that you are saying that your number has not ported across from a previous supplier.
When you give your PAC code before 5pm, the change will quite often occur on the next business day. There haven't been a lot of those days lately. (Not 25, 26, 28 or 29 December). As Tascha says, the earliest date would be by the end of 30 Dec.
Also, when you made the request, were you not given the first date at the time?
Hi FazilaH_3104168 - due to the christmas period and bank holidays etc it means there are limited porting days. This means if you submitted the PAC on 25/12/2024 the earliest possible port completion date will be 30/12/2024.
