Just text PAC to 65075 FROM YOUR THREE SIM CARD
Then, you receive PAC code by text message within 60 seconds
Then, you give the PAC code to Smarty via your account dashboard, and provided you have given Smarty your PAC code between 09.00 - 17.00 from Monday to Thursday, your number will port the next working day.
If you give Smarty your PAC code after 17.00, your port request is deemed to be effective the next day, for example, give Smarty your PAC code at 8 PM on a Tuesday, after 5 PM, your porting request takes effect on Wednesday, abd your number will port on a Thursday,usually by 12.00 midday, but can take longer
Give Smarty your PAC code on a Friday, your number ports in a Monday, as number porting doesnt happen on weekends.
Obtaining a PAC code and the porting process is very simple.
Hello, so im back to Smarty as in April I was with Vodafone and they weren't giving me a good deal as I refuse to pay more than £10 for my phone and expect a lot of data. Vodafone were only giving me 7GB of data and I wanted more so went to Smarty in April and got my sim in May (when Smarty did the 80GB option.) So I had 80GB of data but it was so slow (before Three and Vodafone merged.) Went to Giffgaff for 3 months brining me to right now and im back on Smarty (60GB for £10) is my plan, and the speed is still bad but not as bad as it was before when id get 1 bar 4G and nothing would load then if I got 2 bars things would load but that has been rectified (probably due to the fact im back on Smarty after the Three/Vodafone merger
JackDen_3515941 If the Smarty signal was poor in May, aren't you expecting a lot for it to be much better only a few months later?
To be fair, a couple people i know are on Smarty or are on 3 and they have said that their signal and speed has improved since 3 merged with Vodafone in June.
