Moto G Power - no calls service
I have a new (sealed old stock) Moto G Power which is apparently 4G-volte compatible but it cannot make or receive calls on Smarty. I've tried 2 different sims.
Texting and data usage work fine.
I have inserted a Lebara sim and the phone works fine - making and receiving calls.
I appreciate that the device has age but I like my existing G8 which this was to replace.
Any suggestions - and please do play nicely?

SteveBro_998859 I'm no expert on these phones, but this article: https://help.smarty.co.uk/en/articles/8985136-checking-if-your-device-is-4g-volte-compatible suggests that some of the Moto G models are not compatible.
There is an issue whereby not all network 4G VoLTE protocols are the same and this may be the case.

After posting I did some delving on this forum and yes I think that I've been sold a pup.
The G Power I beleive is the American version of my G8 model and as such probably hasn't got the correct UK firmware for Smarty. To be honest I purchased the phone as a G8 but the supplier appears to be a little shady shall we say and has headed for the hills.
As a family we have numerous Motos and every unit but this has been fine.
