Managing family accounts after leaving Smarty
I have a Smarty account as do a few other family members, all of which I manage via the Smarty app. When I first log in, it defaults to my name & number on the "You" tab, with "(owner)" appearing after my name. I can then select another family member if needed, to manage their account.
I'm thinking of leaving Smarty due to literally no coverage whatsoever around my place of work (Wrexham Industrial Estate, which is one of the largest in europe yet only EE provide anything but a non-existent service!).
Anyway, I'm just wondering if me leaving Smarty will cause any problems in the app, i.e. will I still be able to login and manage the other family members?
