Lousy reception
Hi, I've been with Smarty a while now but have to say general mobile reception has been very poor. Supposed to be excellent in my area but I'm lucky to see 1 bar. Others seem to be able to see Three network but I cannot.
Any ideas?

Jakethegrey The Coverage Checker is a general guide to signal in the area. Unfortunately, a number of people seem to find that their address does not achieve that signal strength. As far as I am aware, this can be due to things like metal girders or large buildings blocking signal.
Did you manage a good signal at that property with any other network?
O2 is fine, only 2 bars but so much more reliable.
Jakethegrey Yup! Unfortunately, it may mean going back to them or one of the off-shoots if they are the only ones with a decent signal where you are.
