Lack of service outside wifi

Over the past 2 weeks my Smarty service has been terrible. Outside of connected wifi my service has been sketchy at best. What is the point of a mobile service that isn't mobile? I'm having to log on to public wifi, which i hate doing, and between these i get no service so can't use maps to find my way etc. This is not useful if you're out and about at night etc. I've tried using the network checker but even that isnt working. Tried everything on the help page. Very frustrated that there is no one i can enail or talk to.

    JulieVa_1491648 The Network Status checker is certainly working this morning - I just checked my own postcode.

    You can send a complaint via the web site and they will eventually get back to you.

    Smarty don't offer the option to call them as this would increase costs.
