Internet speed slow

I am having issues connecting to 5G. It’s almost always possible to get 5G. I never had this issue previously. Currently only have one bar of signal as well. I am using a 2022 iPhone so that shouldn’t be an issue. Any advice, or tips of how to solve this issue? I’m barely able to use my data allowance as it is.
