International calling.
I applied an add on of £15.00 to make International calls @30p per minute. It all ended within 7 mins. Whilst I am new to Smarty Phone I am beginning to think this is not working well and more expensive when the £20.00 unlimited plan and. now £15.00 add on has been gobbled up so quickly. Is there something I need to do to make the so called 30p per minute calls?

ArnoldB_4100384 Firstly, it all depends upon where you are calling internationally. Only Band 3 calls are 30p per minute - this is shown in the Price Guide p21-22:

If you log in on line, your Account Dashboard will show out of plan usage under Usage History ands that should show where your money went.
Your Unlimited Plan - that would last one month from activation and includes unlimited calls (to UK & standard UK mobiles), texts and data, so I don't understand what you mean by being gobbled up quickly - or was that just the add on you were referring to?
