Intermittently not receiving calls
Frequently when my husband and three other people that I know of call me, my phone doesn't ring and there is no call history. From their side it rings until the voicemail picks up. If they leave a message i get a text message but still nothing in the call log. Other people can ring and the call comes through everytime.
I have tried everything smarty have advised. Sim out. Phone reset. I did replace my phone in January so could be a phone setting, but I did a soft reset which didn't fix the issue. I don't know what to do next.

I'm having this issue in the UK and can't seem to get it to work at all. I've tried network reset. My mum is really sick and I keep getting 'new voicemail' texts and no missed calls and can't connect to voicemail when I try to ring.
Same has started happening to me the last couple weeks. Sometimes I can make and receive calls and other times I can't. I get a voicemail message but no log that anyone's called. I recently changed my settings for travelling to the EU and not sure if this has done something? On another community question someone suggested network reset but I haven't tried this yet..
