Incoming calls
I seem to have a problem receiving an incoming call from NS&I. Why is this?

Do you have a strong signal where you are?
I suspect that they will be using an internet-based telephone service which must first connect to standard landline technology before connecting to mobile signal at your end. This sometimes seems to cause problems, and people post here that they have trouble calling to that type of corporate number.
