Hi my sons phone was stolen today the police need the IME number is there a way I can get this from my smarty account?

Daniell_2234437 Assuming the he only uses that sim in the one phone then if he web chats with Smarty Support, they may be able to tell him the information from the last phone to use the sim.
Daniell_2234437 Also, if it is an Apple iPhone, he can log into his Apple ID account and it should show that number under Devices.
