I'm planning on visiting Poland for a few days then returning to the UK

To everyone reading ,

Hope yoy can advise me or help . I will soon be visiting Wroclaw, Poland for afew days .

I'm from the UK and have the twelve pound a month 100gb Smarty Deal . I want to be able to 

use my Samsung Android  mobile phone while I'm in Poland for the fews . On returning to the UK I want to be able to 

revert to the tariff I was on . I guuess disable roaming , that is unless I decide to go on holiday again .

Can anyone help

    Thank you for reaching out to our SMARTY community forum!

    The 100GB plan you're on will work when you are roaming in Poland. Simply enable your roaming settings and your services will work when you are on your travels. 

    You do not need to change plans to use your services for roaming purposes.

      I have an Samsung Android Galaxy A15 Model SM-A155F/DSN . Android Version 15 One UI version 7.0 Software updaye July 1 st 2025 Google Play System update . My issue is yet again while visiting Poland an EU country I was unable to use my phone in Poland . I followed the instructions as provided before , ut again did not work . Can yu please tell me the exact network and settings to enable

        andrewvernon3 You need to ensure that the APN is set to read mob.asm.net

        Sometimes you may find that the auto network the phone finds is not the best. You can then turn to manual network selection and try each one in turn until you find the best available.
