I need proof of usage for insurance
Can anybody help me? I haven’t heard back from SMARTY. My insurance company requires a Proof of Usage PDF. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My insurance is not accepting this as formal proof and highly doubt any other would either.
Smarty told me they couldn’t do this & just provided proof of SIM use, as my son’s SIM card was replaced, this proves nothing! Getting a little bored of the lack of concrete help from Smarty; it’s adding to the stress of my son having his life threatened for his phone…
Elspeth_2408033 If you access the account dashboard, you can access usage history and screen grab then save as a pdf file.
I need proof of use linked to the IMEI of the phone which has been stolen…
