How to make webchat to actually get back to you
I am going around in circles trying to get some help. I need a PUK Number. WeChat only answer generic answers

MariaAr_2371195 Just to check.....the PUK is to unlock a sim that you locked by accidentally putting in the wrong PIN too many times?
When you web chat, you should get the option eventually to deal with an agent - it's not instant because they can be busy.
