How to get in touch with a real person
I recently bought a 30 day unlimited data pack from a paypoint top up can't update my auto renewal because my bank card is not working smarty or Google have blocked my bank card and I've been disconnected automatically I've only used it for 2 days how do I get Into contact to a real person that could fix this as I've payed £17for a months worth of data and I'm not able to use it or how do I get a refund anyone please help! I know I'm just going to be mega dissatisfied at my loss and just switch providers I can't believe how hard it is to fix anything with this provider everything is self service all contact I've had is with chat bots
