Hi I'm a new customer and my port was successful but I'm still not connected to smarty can you pls advise thank you

NathanG_2518912 Check your account dashboard - does it show an active Smarty plan and the number allocated to your sim?
If not, you need to have a web chat with Support Team so that they can look at your account.
We are forum members like you and have no access.
