App says account closed
Joined Smarty last week & number ported over on 18th. Had a problem tonight with making & receiving calls & when I logged into the app it says my account is closed. Got the calls situation sorted by web chat (had to turn off Wi-Fi calling) & it was suggested I delete & reinstate the app. Have done this & it still says account closed. Only joined & paid on the 13th November!
