Help Disable call divert.

My sons phone was recently stolen, a replacement sim was ordered. Now with new phone & sim on original number calls  to his phone are diverted to another number (texts not affected). How can we solve this issue.

    itscervo  Check the phone settings because that's where you normally set the option to  divert calls. Where you find it exactly will depend upon phone type.
