General data congestion on network

Do others struggle with data Congestion on the Smarty network?  I don't have an issue with Network coverage, in fact most of the time I get full 5G connections, but I'd say at least once or twice a week at a minimum in totally different locations, my phone is unusable on the Data network.  I assume this is related to Network congestion and  might be an area thing. 

I'm in Berkshire which is home to Three/Vodafone and also a huge number of people working in the IT/Telco/Software worlds so probably has a higher demand on the data network,  but so many times I can't do time critical things using my phone and end up hotspotting on my kids phones who are on MVNO's using 02 infrastructure.  I kind of hoped the merger with Voda would have helped, but it seems just the same if not worse.  before I look at other network options I wanted to sanity check if I'm doing something stupid or I need to update my device (pixel 6 pro)
