NeilJen_1360248 When you order a replacement sim, this is because your current sim is lost, stole or broken. For that reason, your account is suspended as a security measure until you activate the replacement.
If you ordered an extra sim, then it all relies on Royal (it isn't any longer) Snail (which is faster) Mail.
If you need an extra sim urgently, although not ideal, you can probably buy one cheaply in many local stores and supermarkets. (If it's of any help, I see that amazon offer them too for 30p)
Not sure that Smarty can do much more than send it in good faith.
