Emergency mode
I joined smarty mobile in June and a few times now my phone has gone into emergency mode and no signal...I have to restart my phone every time...I was with giff gaff for over 10 years and not once did that happen...it is becoming a pain tbh

MarkGil_4178229 Have you completed a coverage check for your postcode?
As GG uses a different network, could it simply be that your area has poor signal for Smarty?
Does your phone move to wifi calling when the signal drops?
