Dodgy broadband
Hi can anyone help please I have a broadband only sim had it about 12 months but my Internet has started dropping completely several times a day I have to turn it of and wait then restart router I have tried to contact smarty by pressing white square with green symbol in middle but all I get is a pure black screen? Thank you if you can help

It sounds like there may be an outage in your area if your service is suddenly affected. Please refer to our network status checker as this will display any outages present at your postcode.
