Day 24 IMS REGISTRATION - AUTHORISATION NEEDED

I joined Smarty in February. 

In a few days time it will be one month being with Smarty. 

During that time no problem with data. 

I am on an unlimited plan data, calls and text. 

Not getting calls or text. 

Only had the service (call/text) for two days so far. 

That is not an unlimited service. 

I am not registered on IMS. 

IMS registration is needed. 

IMS needs to be registered on my phone for VoLTE (Voice over LTE - making and receiving a calls) Wi-Fi calling and RCS messaging to work. 

Any Smarty Customer having any issues with  calls or text it. This may be your problem? 

To anyone at Smarty who can rectify this for me one day soon - I'd be very happy.

    I have been having similar issues too. What phone do you have?
