No we can't. This is a customer support forum we are not staff members on here. If you want to contact Smarty staff go to the Contact Us Web Page. Scroll down and under where it says How To Get More Help is a button marked 'Start A Web Chat' that you can use to contact Smarty support staff. The normal way to get a PAC code is to text PAC to 6075 along with your date of birth day/month/year
