My plan ran out the other night
My plan ran out the other night I topped it up the 9 pound plan, and it hasn't reset saying I have no plan, this is going on 3 days now?
Contact a Smarty support agent Go to the Contact Us Web Page Scroll down and under where it says 'How To Get More Help is a button labelled 'Start A Webchat' Click on that between 8 AM and 8 PM and it will initiate a webchat session with a Smarty support agent.

EmmaAnd_1877247 You can only buy the new plan if your plan has date expired I.e. after a month
